Downtown Hotels & Airbnbs: If you are staying in the downtown area (Centro), we offer direct pick-up! Please wait outside the main entrance of your hotel or Airbnb.
Specific Southern Hotels (Highway Pick-up): If you are staying at Allegro, Occidental, Iberostar, or Intercontinental Presidente, we can pick you up, but please note that you must wait outside, right by the MAIN HIGHWAY (sobre la carretera). Our vehicle cannot enter the hotel lobby area.

What types of tours do you offer?
We currently offer 2 amazing experiences to enjoy Cozumel.
ATV TOUR
Our ATV tour lasts approximately 3 hours and is one of the longest ATV experiences on the island.
It includes transportation from anywhere in Cozumel: hotels, ferry terminal, cruise ports, Airbnb, etc.
The adventure begins at our Ranch, where you’ll receive your safety equipment and instructions from your guide before starting the jungle ride.
During the tour, you’ll visit the beautiful El Cedral ruins and the incredible Jade Cenote, where you can cool off and enjoy nature. At the end of the adventure, you’ll return to the Ranch to finish the experience with a handcrafted tequila tasting.
Single ATV: $80 USD
Double ATV: $130 USD
ATV + ISLAND TOUR
For guests looking for an even more complete experience, we also offer our ATV + Island Tour.
In addition to the ATV jungle adventure, cenote, and El Cedral experience, you’ll continue exploring the island in an air-conditioned vehicle.
During the tour, you’ll stop at some of Cozumel’s most beautiful locations, including:
Welcome to Miami — famous mojitos and tropical vibes
El Mirador Beach
San Martín Beach — where you’ll have time to swim and enjoy the Caribbean Sea.
At the end of the tour, your guide can also take you to enjoy authentic Mexican food at a local restaurant before returning you to your cruise port or accommodation (this stop is optional and not included in the tour price).

What is the minimum age to drive an ATV?
Before considering age, we focus on the participant’s ability to operate the ATV safely. If the driver is under 18 years old and does not have a driver’s license, the guide will conduct a brief driving test before the activity begins to ensure they do not pose a risk to themselves or the rest of the group, allowing us to take the necessary safety measures.
Do you offer pick-up service?
Of course! We do offer pick-up service for our tours.
If you are already staying in Cozumel, we simply need the name of your hotel or accommodation so we can coordinate the pick-up location and time.
If you are arriving by cruise ship, we will need the name of the cruise ship, as different ships dock at different piers, allowing us to provide you with the correct meeting point.
What should we bring for the tour?

We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet or dirty.
Bring a swimsuit if you would like to cool off in the cenote after the tour.
How long is the tour?
The duration depends on the experience you choose:
ATV Tour: Approximately 3 hours. This is one of the longest ATV jungle rides on the island and includes your visit to the El Cedral ruins, Jade Cenote, and the tequila tasting.
ATV + Island Tour: Approximately 5 hours. This is a completely private experience that combines the full 3-hour ATV jungle adventure with an extra island sightseeing tour in an air-conditioned vehicle (visiting Welcome to Miami, El Mirador, and San Martín Beach).
Note: Both tours include round-trip transportation from anywhere in Cozumel (hotels, ferry terminal, Airbnb, or cruise ports). Total time may vary slightly depending on your pickup location.
How will we recognize our guide?
Your guide will be waiting wearing an official Jungle Runners shirt with our logo. In addition, before the tour we will share all the necessary information so you can easily identify them.

Of course! We offer both single and double ATVs so you can enjoy the adventure however you prefer.

Is the cenote included in the tour?
Yes! Cenote access is already included in the experience.

During the experience, you’ll enjoy amazing island views, tropical vibes, and different areas filled with nature and Caribbean charm. Can I bring my phone or camera during the tour?
Of course! Many of our guests enjoy bringing their phone or camera to capture the adventure while exploring the jungle trails, off-road paths, and cenote. We simply recommend protecting your devices from water, dust, and mud during the ride so you can enjoy the experience worry-free.
Do you have lockers available during the tour?
Of course! During the experience, we offer lockers so you can safely store your personal belongings while enjoying the ATV ride, jungle trails, and cenote.
Locker rentals have an additional cost. Optional items such as goggles and bandanas are also available during the tour, making the adventure even more comfortable, especially through dusty and muddy areas.
