Cancellations

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellations by the Customer

• 48 Hours or More Prior to Tour Date:
  If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund.

• Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Tour Date:
  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

• Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows:
  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour or for guests who do not show up for their tour.

2. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling More Than 48 Hours in Advance:
  You may reschedule your tour without penalty if you contact us 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time.

• Rescheduling Within 48 Hours:
  Rescheduling within 48 hours of your tour will incur a 25% rebooking fee.

3. Cancellations by Jungle Runners

• Weather or Safety Concerns:
  In the event of extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, Jungle Runners reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice to:

  • Reschedule your tour at no additional cost, or
  • Receive a full refund.

• Minimum Group Size:
  If the minimum number of participants is not met, Jungle Runners may cancel the tour. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Special Circumstances

• In exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these cases on a discretionary basis.
